Where do we deliver?
We currently ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. More countries will follow soon.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days , but may take up to 10 business days depending on the product, storage location, or customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number via email after shipment.
Shipping costs:
- Free shipping for orders over 50 CHF
- Under 50 CHF: Shipping fee of 4.90 CHF
Where do your products come from?
We work with selected international partners who ship our products directly to you. This allows us to offer you modern technology at fair prices – without any intermediate storage.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can conveniently pay with Twint , credit card (Visa, Mastercard) , PayPal , or Apple Pay . All payments are SSL-encrypted and 100% secure.
What if my pet doesn't like the product?
No problem! You have a 14-day right of return , as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact us using the contact form – we'll help you quickly and easily.
What do I do if a product arrives defective?
Please contact us immediately upon receipt, ideally with photos. We will review the case as quickly as possible and send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price – we promise.
Do I need an app for your products?
Some products—like our Smart Feeder or GPS Collar —can be conveniently controlled via an app. You can find the relevant instructions and app links directly on the respective product.
